At Ocean Med Spa, our Nurse injectors assess each client’s individual facial structures to ensure optimal results. They consider factors like bone structure, muscle dynamics, and skin texture. We are happy to offer both BOTOX and Dysport. These are both neurotoxins that relax the muscles of the face that cause wrinkles. In addition to offering a variety of dermal filler options.

Younger Smoother Looking Skin

These injections work by stopping the signal from the nerve to the muscle and prevents muscle contraction. The outcome is smoother skin for a more youthful and rested appearance. It can take up to a week to see the full results from your injections and results last for 3-4 months. Possibly longer in some people.

Common Improvements seen with BOTOX or Dysport Include skin smoothing and brow lifting. This is a minimally invasive way to reduce crow’s feet and reduce wrinkles around the eyes, nose and mouth.

These are well tolerated injections that have very little to no downtime. At Ocean Med Spa we recommend not laying or bending down for 4 hours after the injections. Don’t massage the area so the neurotoxin can stay where it was injected. Mild swelling or mosquito size bumps may last 2-3 hours. Bruising may occur and resolves in a few days.

The Restylane® line smooths away facial wrinkles and folds

The Restylane family of products is used for patients over the age of 21, and includes Restylane®, Restylane-L®, Restylane® Lyft with Lidocaine, Restylane® Silk, Restylane® Refyne, Restylane® Defyne and Restylane® Kysse. Restylane® and Restylane-L® are for mid-to-deep injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds. Restylane® and Restylane-L® are also used for injection into the lips.

INJECTABLE GEL FILLERS

JUVÉDERM VOLUMA^® XC injectable gel is for deep injection in the cheek area to correct age-related volume loss in adults over 21. JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ XC injectable gel is for injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds (such as nasolabial folds) in adults over 21. JUVÉDERM^® XC injectable gel is for injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds (such as nasolabial folds). JUVÉDERM^® Ultra XC is for injection into the lips and perioral area for lip augmentation in adults over the age of 21.
